Ceremony begins at 6:00 pm. Don’t worry, this isn’t a performance of “Hamilton” — there will be plenty of seats for everyone!
Shuttle will be departing at 5:10 pm from the Conrad New York and 5:20 pm from the Millenium Hilton. -
Cocktail Reception
Immediately following the ceremony, drinks and assorted dim sum will be served.

Dinner
For dinner, enjoy a traditional 11-course Chinese banquet menu. Post-dinner cardio (read: dancing) to follow.
Shuttle will be available at 10:30 pm to take you to the after party and back to the hotels. -
After Party

The Farm-to-Table concept is so cliche, but not at Olmsted, which features inventive dishes by Alinea/Per Se/Blue Hill at Stone Barns/Atera alumnus, Greg Baxtrom, in a casual neighborhood setting. We suggest dinner in the dining room, followed by dessert and after-dinner drinks in the garden out back, complete with its own quail coop and crawfish bathtub. Yup, it’s definitely Brooklyn!
Recommended: Crawfish Boil Crackers, Vietnamese Squid Salad, Roasted Guinea Hen, Frozen Lavender-Honey Yogurt, Harbison Fondue

Grab a seat at the bar — and, if you’re lucky like us, you may brush shoulders, literally, with George and Amal Clooney. And, if you can’t get in, Mario Batali’s other restaurant, Otto, is within walking distance.
